TechTool helps software companies manage growth and complexity — tracking work distribution across projects, employee availability, and client status updates as teams scale.
What needed solving
As the company grew and more employees joined, it became increasingly complicated to keep track of how much work was done for each project and who was free to work on the next one. The existing product needed a full redesign to improve usability and visual clarity at scale.
How we tackled it
We interviewed stakeholders and existing users, then conducted a usability analysis — identifying tasks, their importance, and ease of completion in the current system to pinpoint pain points. Research findings led to information architecture reconfiguration and wireframe development.
What we delivered
We designed three-perspective dashboards: Project Managers see real-time project status and departmental work distribution. Employees get module-level work overviews and can log completed work. Clients track project status with full visibility into completion. A ticket management system enables direct stakeholder communication and issue resolution.
